Invisalign® Dentist

Clear braces or Invisalign is the process of moving teeth without traditional braces. Now, if you want straighter teeth you can be treated with Invisalign. Using the latest advances in 3-D computer technology, clear aligners are created for you to wear over your teeth. They gradually move your teeth millimeter by millimeter until you’ve achieved the intended result. Only a doctor who has been trained and certified can use this advanced Invisalign technology.

How does Invisalign work?

You wear each set of aligners for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move - little by little, week by week - until they have straightened to the final position we have prescribed. You'll visit us about once every six weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned. Total treatment time averages 9-15 months and the average number of aligners worn during treatment is between 18 and 30, but both will vary from case to case. If you have questions about the use of invisible braces from Invisalign, please ask.
